Delivery Information

Due to the hand-made nature of our products, we will ship your items within 5 working days after an order is placed.  Delivery is by Royal Mail 2nd Class and is £3.50 for all orders up to the value of £40.  Delivery is usually 2-5 working days from posting (Delivered Monday - Saturday) and a signature may be required.

Delivery is FREE on all orders over £40 by Royall Mail 2nd Class.

If your items are needed urgently, please email [email protected] prior to ordering and we will do our best to meet your requirements.  

Postage is available within the UK only.

Returns & Refunds

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days after the day on which the item was delivered. 

If you do wish to cancel your order, please email us: [email protected] with details of your cancellation. If you have already received the products, carefully repackage and return them to us at the returns address we will provide. Until you have returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them. We will credit the price of the cancelled products once we have received and checked that they are in a re-saleable condition. 

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item back to us.   

For all goods returned, we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Signed For) as you will be responsible for the goods until they are received by us. 

Damaged Items:

Our items are packaged carefully for transit and should arrive with you safely. However, damage may very occasionally occur. If this happens, please send us photographic proof within seven days of delivery and we will replace your item or refund if you prefer. Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund candles that have been used.
