Gift Box - 'Sleep' (100 ml) with Lavender Eye Pillow

This gift set comes with a 100ml sleep spray and a handmade flaxseed & lavender flower eye pillow especially made in an exclusive fabric for Beach House Botanics by Immy and Boo. Boxed for that special gift or just to treat yourself.

The spray is a blend of Lavender, Bergamot and Vetiver essential oils to help achieve a good quality sleep. Prior to bedtime, spray around your bedroom and also on your pillow. 

Lavender (Lavandula augustifolia) helps reduxe stress levels and anxiety. Lavender has a calming effect and is renowned for its ability to promote restful sleep.

Bergamot (Citrus aurantium bergamia) has a fruity aroma that enhances wellbeing, eases anxiety and balances mood.

Vetiver (Vetiveria zizanoides) is deeply balancing, calming and grounding which helps soothe feelings of anger, anxiety and stress. Has properties that also help promote restful sleep.

The Lavender eye pillow is perfect for a reflexology session or part of a yoga routine. The pillow moulds to your face so it feels and smells amazing.

The pillow is great for easing migraines (I've tried it) and headaches if put in the fridge or freezer to cool. 

Do not wash or place the pillow in the microwave or oven to heat. However, it can be placed on a hot radiator.

If the fragrance fades give the pillow a squeeze and a rub gently to release the essential oils.

The pillow has a removable pillowcase for easy washing. Wash by hand or in a 30 degree wash, do not tumble dry. 

Do not wash the pillow itself, only the pillowcase.
